This is a unique journey where you combine yoga and the special energy held in Assisi, Italy. Assisi, a hidden gem on Planet Earth, located on the Mountain Subasio, unique to this location is that you experience different energies in walking distance and there are not many places you experience this and so since Saint Francis of Assisi died (in 1226) every single day singing, prayers, meditation, devotion has kept the energy pure for the entire area.

I have 3 trips I offer, one trip to Assisi, Italy, one trip to Egypt and one trip to Peru.

Taking on a journey where you work with yoga and then the actual place (its energy) an inner journey to your own psyche, to gain a greater understanding of who you ARE.

Working focused with the energy of the location and your interior, offers an opportunity to be able to work deeper and longer than possible elsewhere.

I use yoga and meditation to get into the body so that the steps you take are secure and consciousness, enabling you to sustain change when you return home.

A Yoga Journey like this is profound and life-changing - A JOURNEY FOR LIFE - and you can, in a very short time, work so intensely that it is comparable to several years of therapy work.

The trip is planned down to the smallest detail and you can join the trip and spend minimal pocket money as I have made sure to include pretty much everything. Expect an amount for your lunch every day and a gratitude to the Sisters at the convent that forms the framework of the journey.

The yoga will vary and the program will be set so that everyone at all levels can participate in the full program.

Lukas teaches the entire Retreat, he is joined by Rosamaya singing and playing LIVE throughout the entire Retreat.

*) IMPORTANT NOTE / arrival and departure information:

ARRIVAL: MEETING POINT - TERMINI ROMA latest at 13:00 / 1pm on the arrival day

DEPARTURE: We go by train from Assisi into TERMINI ROMA 7 am in the morning and will be in Rome 09:10 - then you need to go to the Airport. Book your return flight so you have more than 2 hours before departure, just in case the train is delayed.

PRICE includes all accommodation, breakfast, dinner, all yoga & meditation work, excursions and you will each day receive a small gift as rememberance of the event taking place that day. Transfer from Airport to Assisi and return, but you are also welcome to handle this yourself if you want to travel before or after.

We are located in beautiful surroundings, nice clean but simple decorated rooms. Each rooms has its own toilet and shower.

Expect a lot of walking, but we are not hiking. Bring good shoes you walk comfortably.
