Thursdays are back on the program on we work from the base and up, because how can we break the rules, develop yoga and ourselves if we do not understand where it is all coming from. Therefore for the THEME for this season will be:

19 Classes here is the FULL schedule – in person or online. The class will be taught LIVE with you in person or at home, then recorded and the recording will be available for 7 full days to watch (when ever you want) or rewatch, sometimes you simple want to do the class one more time…
