I have practised yoga since I was 15 years old. I discovered the importance of body-mind balance in everyday life, which can be achieved through regular yoga and meditation practice.

In my way of teaching, I stress the importance of paying attention to one’s body, its signals and proper breathing. In addition, I always try to provide a solid foundation for authentic experiences and bring joy and humor to students.

I am trained in Kundalini Yoga at Dalgas Yoga, as well as certified in Ayurveda Health Counseling, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Method and have studied feminine form tantra yoga in recent years. I specialize in yoga for women and the restoration of the nervous system.
